TICA's Inaugural Conference and MSU's 12th annual Indigenous Law Conference, sponsored by Michigan State University Indigenous Law & Policy Center, will take place in East Lansing, Michigan on November 5th & 6th, at the MSU College of Law Campus.
TICA's inaugural conference provides the only completely in-house focused agenda with current topics specifically relevant to the in-house practitioner.
Topic Areas include: Tort Claims in Indian Country, ICWA, Tribal Environmental Regulatory Structures, Tribal Client Ethics, VAWA, In-House Counsel & Internal Control Systems, Historical Records and the Federal Governement, and a separate In-House Counsel ethics panel.
